Your appointment
Brief on-arrival screening (5 min)
A trained clinical staff member confirms your suitability and discusses your training schedule and recovery goals.
IV infusion (~45–55 min)
The recovery blend is administered in our private treatment room. You can rest or even work — many athletes find this a useful recovery window.
Brief recovery (5 min)
A short period of observation after the infusion. Many patients report feeling lighter and more recovered later that day.
For most patients, no blood test is needed before a single session. If you're training heavily or having repeated treatments, we recommend testing Kidney + Liver Function and Electrolytes — to ensure you're recovering safely and to identify any deficiencies.
Recommended tests for this drip
Useful baseline tests for athletes — especially during heavy training blocks or competition prep.
Kidney Function
Essential baseline for athletes — kidneys process protein metabolism waste during heavy training.
- Urea
- Creatinine
- eGFR (kidney filtration rate)
- Sodium, Potassium
Best for Safety baseline before IV drips, intensive training periods or high-protein diets.
Liver Function Tests
Important for athletes using supplements — liver metabolises many sports nutrition products.
- ALT (alanine transaminase)
- AST (aspartate transaminase)
- GGT
- Bilirubin (total)
- Albumin & total protein
Best for Liver health screen for athletes, baseline before supplement use or IV therapy.
Iron Status Profile
Critical for endurance athletes — iron deficiency is common and significantly impacts performance.
- Ferritin (iron storage)
- Iron (serum)
- TIBC (total iron binding capacity)
- Transferrin saturation
Best for Endurance athletes, runners, females in training, suspected iron deficiency.
