How do I start weight-loss treatment?
Book a free assessment using the buttons above. Our clinical team reviews your suitability and, where appropriate, a prescriber arranges your treatment. Appointments are usually available the same week at our central London clinic.
Do I need a GP referral?
No GP referral is needed. All treatments are subject to a clinical consultation, suitability assessment and prescriber approval before they are provided.
What's the difference between Mounjaro and Wegovy?
Both are once-weekly injectable treatments. Mounjaro contains tirzepatide and Wegovy contains semaglutide. Which one is suitable for you is decided by your prescriber based on your assessment, goals and medical history.
How is my dose decided?
Treatment usually starts at a low strength and is gradually adjusted (titrated) over time under clinical supervision. The strengths listed on each card are the available doses, not a recommendation — your prescriber decides what is appropriate for you.
Is a blood test required?
A clinical assessment is always required before treatment. Blood tests or further review may be requested where clinically appropriate, based on your medical history, symptoms and clinician assessment. We can arrange any required test at our clinic.
How long does an appointment take?
Your initial assessment typically takes around 15–20 minutes, including suitability checks and a discussion of your options. Follow-up and dose-review appointments are usually shorter.
Are the treatments safe?
Treatments are prescribed and monitored by our clinical team, using products dispensed through our GPhC-registered UK pharmacy. Your suitability is assessed before any treatment is provided, and your dose is reviewed throughout your programme.
Are there any side effects?
As with any medicine, side effects are possible — most commonly mild digestive effects when starting or increasing a dose. Potential side effects are discussed fully during your consultation so you can make an informed decision before starting treatment.
How often is the injection, and can I collect the same day?
Both Mounjaro and Wegovy are once-weekly injections. Same-day appointments are often available, and treatment is provided once your assessment is complete and a prescriber has approved it. Our team will guide you through how to use your treatment.
