Clinic test
Food Sensitivity Test
Measures your antibody (IgG) response to more than 200 everyday foods, grouped into nine food families, with a personalised report you can take to your next meal plan.
Everything you need to know about Food Sensitivity Test
Many people notice that certain foods leave them bloated, tired or uncomfortable without any clear pattern. This test measures the IgG antibodies your immune system has produced against over 200 foods — dairy and eggs, fish and seafood, fruit, grains, herbs and spices, meat, nuts and seeds, vegetables and a group of miscellaneous items such as tea, coffee and yeast.
The report ranks each food by how strongly your body has reacted, so you have a starting point for an elimination-and-reintroduction plan rather than guesswork. It is not an allergy test: a true food allergy involves a different antibody (IgE) and needs separate assessment. Our clinical team walks you through the results and how to use them sensibly.
